Mission Accomplished: Gene Bodniowycz

In 2001, I was diagnosed with liver disease. In January of 2002, I had a heart attack and in February joined the YMCA. I was looking for a facility with a pool, steam room, and sauna. They didn't have any of these...only bare bone minimum equipment. I wasn't going to renew my membership the following year, but ended up signing up my wife. I've been a member ever since. The "Y" has always been there for me.
World class staff and members from benefactors, administrators, trainers, and maintenance. Thank you all! Keep up the good work! Oh, and we've got a pool now, new equipment and I'm sure there's more to come! I came for the body, and I'm improving my spirit and mind every day.
